Now children we are coming to the fourth stanza, the poet says.“Girls and boys Come out to play The moon does shine As bright as day.He is asking children to come out to play as the moon is shining brightly as the sun shines at day time. The sky is not cloudy and they are able to enjoy the moonlight. The poet wants to celebrate this occation.Hoop means a circular band as shown in the picture and goodwill means friendly. Children I hope you enjoyed the poem. You must have experienced the same feelings when the weather is nice.
